About the client

Novantra Labs, LLC is a Virginia-based supplier of research peptides to laboratories, universities, biotechnology companies and approved independent researchers across the United States. There is no public catalog: researchers apply for an account, every application is reviewed by a person, and each lot ships with third-party testing documentation.

The story

  1. What we did

    We built Novantra Labs a fully functional online store that also acts as the business’s CRM. Approved researchers buy through the store; behind it, one admin panel runs the rest of the business.

    • Inventory: what is in stock, what is available to buy, and the manufacturing lots on hand
    • Product photos, uploaded and changed by the team themselves
    • Expenses and revenue, side by side
    • Shipping and sales tax collection, both automated
    • Email, sent and received from inside the admin panel

  2. The result

    Novantra Labs runs its sales, stock, money and customer email from one place. The store went live in 2026, and we keep developing it every month.
